Christian Krähenbühl (c.1525) of Grosshöchstetten, Bern, Switzerland, married Anna Hofer. his son:

Ulrich Krähenbühl (29 Mar 1590) m.21 Apr 1616 at Signau Madlena Stauffer, daughter of Niclaus Stauffer of Luchsmatt, Eggiwil.

Christian Krähenbühl (22 Aug 1630 at Grosshöchstetten) married Barbara Luginbuhl and lived at Eggiwil

Christian Krähenbühl (6 Jun 1652) a nail maker, he married 13 Aug 1686 Elsbeth Liechti, and lived at Oberdiessbach near Eggiwil. Called an Anabaptist by the Eggiwil church, he was exiled from Switzerland in 1710. He was probably the Christian Crabill who arrived in Philadelphia on the Friendship on 16 Oct 1727.

Christian Krehbiel (24 Feb 1689 at Oberdiessbach) he married 25 Jul 1710 Maria Neuenschwander of Röthenbach at Eggiwil, and was probably immediately exiled with his parents. He was first taxed at Conestoga, now in Hempfield Twp, Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania, in 1724. He took out land in 1727 but did not patent it, and probably left for Virginia between 1733 and 1742.

Christian Crabill (1715-1783?) was a Mennonite minister in the Strasburg area of Virginia by 1742, living in the area of Sandy Hook.
