Sir Thomas Tresham (d.6 May 1471) married Margaret Zouche (c1436), daughter of William LaZouche, 5th Baron Zouche of Harryngworth.  Thomas was captured 4 May 1471 at Tewkesbury in the War of the Roses

John Tresham (1462-c.1521) married Isabel Harrington, daughter of Sir James Harrington of Wolfege and Isabella Radcliffe

Sir Thomas Tresham (1488-Mar 1559) married Anne Parr, daughter of William Parr; Thomas was Sheriff of Northamptonshire. He was buried at Church of All Saints, Rushton, Northamptonshire

Sir Thomas Tresham (Sep 1543-11 Sep 1605) married Muriel Throckmorton (c.1547-1615) daughter of Sir Robert Throckmorton and Elizabeth Hussey of Coughton, Warwickshire.
