Conrad Schworm (c.1545-after 1601), a "master glazier" in Alsenz, married 26 Feb 1571 Ehla Clarmann, daughter of Conrad Clarmann of Wurrsbach. Their children:

The Church at Alsenz

Johannes (Hans) Schworm (12 Dec 1571 - after 1634) married 21 June 1596 Margaretha Hülff (d.11 Jun 1634), daughter of the deceased Hans Hülff of Glan-Oderheim. They lived at Alsenz and had the following children:

Hans Bernhard Schworm (20 Dec 1600 - 6 Oct 1676) married c.1625 Elisabetha Gervinus (Aug 1606 - 9 Apr 1685), daughter of Jacob Gervinus of Miesenheim. Bernhard was a farmer and livestock dealer in Alsenz. They were the parents of ten children, but the Thirty Years War devastated that area, and baptismal records are missing. Their known children were:

3. Johann Philipp Schworm (c.1638) shoemaker at Alsenz
4. Johann Valentin Schworm (1640-1709) cooper at Alsenz
5. Johann Georg Schworm (c.1642 - bef 1692) of Niedermoschel
6. Anna Sara Schworm (c.1648) married Jeremias Zöllner of Alsenz

Johann Georg Schworm was born about 1642 and died before 1692. He married Anna, who was still alive in 1676. They lived in Niedermoschel in the 1660's and 1670's. Two children are known

1. Johann Philipp Schworm (May 1664-1715)
2. Johann Valentin Schworm (1668-1714)

Johann Valentin Schworm was born in Niedermoschel in 1668 and died at Framersheim 8 Feb 1714. He married Anna Catherine Bugler, a widow, 16 Apr 1697 at Framersheim. She died 22 Jan 1734. Two children survived:

1. Anna Maria Schworm (2 Jan 1698 - 10 May 1738) married Johann Nicolaus Becker (19 Dec 1701 - 27 Dec 1762), who emigrated to Frederick Co,Virginia, between Sept 1751 and May, 1754
2. Anna Gertraut Schworm (10 Oct 1700 - 17 Nov 1758) m.22 Feb 1724 Andreas Bittman (1701-1763) and lived at Framersheim.
